The family of 5, in line in front of us were told that the rolled ice cream would be an hour wait. They, of course, left. By the time someone helped us at the register, we were told that they were not doing rolled ice cream at all right now. They were only doing sundays and drinks. When I asked if they would be doing it later, she said yes, but we are trying to catch up on some things right now. In the time it has taken me to write this review, 15 people were turned away from this business for this reason. Side note, ALL customers sitting in the store were already served.

When i tried my boba it was too sweet, very chalky, and pearls tasted disgusting. I wanted to throw up and I had to spit it out. I’ve been there before and have had better experiences but this was terrible.

Also they have sushi if you... read more Loved it so much, they're so nice and chill and I got my drink pretty fast. I tried boba for the first time and it was pretty sweet. Also they have sushi if you're willing to try it. I'll have to try it though next time I'm there, they have a hugevariety of sushi and drinks and you can also custom make rolled ice cream. It's adorable inside too, just might have a long waitbecause it's so delicious.

On the phone with people on speaker phone using foul language with no regard to customers or children being present. Walked in to no one being in the front of the building. They then yell at each other to say someone is in thefront without just greeting us with a simple hello, we will be right with you. Only giving two stars because of the ice creamwas honestly not bad but customer service needs a lot of work!!
