I stood at t... read more Upon entering, I was greeted with silence from the female staff member wearing glasses, who merely glanced at me without acknowledging my presence. I stood at the pickup area, and once again, I received nothing but a look. Her demeanor seemed unwelcoming. When I asked for my sub, she snatched it up in a rather snarky manner and handed it to the cashier without a word. Overall, I didn't feel welcomed at all. I had gone there to get my partner the new meatball sub, as he is a regular customer, but I was definitely not impressed. Good customer service is important to me.
