What User doesn't like about Pizza Express:
This restaurant used to be my go-to spot ever since I moved out of town. However, tonight was a complete letdown in every aspect. I ordered shrimp tortellini in Alfredo sauce, but the sauce was watery and overly lemony. When I called to voice my complaint, the manager repeatedly called me back and returned the food. Ironically, this place is called Pizza Express, yet it's one of the slowest places to get the food out.

Long time costumer that will no longer be going here as of 11/10/22. My family and I ordered pizza and a few other things. The quality has declined beyond what I could imagine. It was horrible a month ago but figured I’d give it one more chance. Needless to say this is probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The appetizers were soggy mush. You want Italian food, save yourself the time and go to an Italian run pizzeria. Nothing is homemade in pizza express..canned sauce, frozen restaurant depot garbage. To add to all of this, the manager has a serious attitude problem; Which I find funny for someone 120 lbs soaking wet. Napoleon syndrome. My advice to anyone reading this, drive the extra 5 mins to Brother Bruno’s in Chester, NY. Thank me later.. don’t end up with a complete order being thrown in the trash, wasting your hard earned money.
