They are incompetent as hell. Super slow service no matter the time of the day. Very impolite, orders are never correct. No customer service qualities. I would have given them negative stars if that were an option. Will never return.
Terrible service. I had went to the drive-through before work. I asked for a chocolate cold brew they gave me a sprite.
I requested hot food and was assured that it would be served hot. However, when I received my order of a steak and baked potato, both items were served ice cold. The meal was meant for a woman in hospice care who could not tolerate cold food. Both she and I were extremely disappointed with the food quality.
