One time I pulled up at 8PM and the employees just stared at me and my car without taking my order until I left. Other times theyturn all the lights off 5-6 hours before they close to keep customers and their money away. It?s such a shame because the foodis great but I?m not wasting the gas or time to deal with their nonsense anymore and management couldn?t care less. I tookthe time to reach out to Rallys after they replied to my review and just like I thought they couldn't care less about what I hadto say. They simply reply to these reviews to give the impression that they care when they don't.

I arrived at 12:30 AM to pick up an Uber Eats order and waited in the drive-thru for several minutes with no response. According to their posted hours, they close at 2 AM, so I stayed. Eventually, I noticed employees inside but no one acknowledged me. I parked and called the store repeatedly, but no one answered. While I was on the phone, I watched two employees take out the trash and leave on a gas-powered bicycle without any interaction or explanation. If the employee near my car had simply told me they were closed, I wouldn’t be writing this. All the lights were still on, but I left. Around 1:30 AM, I received another order and returned to the store, where I am currently sitting to write this. Everything looked the same except no employees were present. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru, about five or six deep, but they slowly left as they realized the store was closed. Since no one turned off Uber Eats orders, I’ve wasted over an hour of my time, and neither my customers nor theirs are receiving their meals. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope the employees face consequences for this. The store will surely suffer from lost sales since Uber will likely suspend their account for at least 24 hours, and the negative word of mouth will damage their reputation. I will definitely post this review on Google and Yelp, and I probably won’t accept or place any orders from this location again. This kind of behavior happens far too often for me to stay silent. Thank you for your time. Update as of October 18, 2022: I just received a call, presumably from the store manager, in response to a complaint I filed two nights ago. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even stating she would make sure I’m blocked from picking up orders at her store. She also explained that the store sometimes closes early due to scheduling issues and that this has been their routine.

The delivery driver arrived without it, so I called the restaurant for clarification. I was told that their slushie machine was broken, but the staff was quite rude and made no effort to address the situation or inform the driver about the missing item. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would suggest choosing another restaurant.
