Service was very good, Establishment was clean and orderly. Baked potato and salad was very good. We all ordered medium rare steaks and they all came out very rare. Got invited out with my friend’s family and was the best prime rib I’ve ever had 10/10 would recommend good portions and good service loved it and will be coming back! The worst dining experience we 've ever had. We waited 20 minutes to even be greeted at our table for waters/cocktails. We then waited an hour for our food. One filet mignon was completely under cooked. The baked potatoes were ALL hard in the center and undercooked. When we stopped the server to ask about our dinner as we had patiently waited for an hour, the waitress was very rude and said, Quote: It 's coming, you have many people in front of you, . Basically reprimanding us for politely asking about how much longer our order would take. This was our first time a Quincy 's. We are big spenders and big tippers. It was the most horrible experience and waste of over a $150 meal. We will never return and will never bring the numerous guests that we have come to Colorado from all over the world to Quincy 's. Do better Quincy 's. I suggest if you are planning to eat here please read what the bad reviews have to say. Not just the good reviews. Those can be family and friends. If you read the bad reviews, they are all the same. The same issues the same bad service.

They keep it simple and make what they are good at! Makes it for a fast fine dining experience.
Everything was absolutely delicious and offered at an excellent value! The lemon cake was absolutely amazing!
I returned on August 31, 2024, and Nicole B. was our waitress this time. Once again, the service was fantastic, the food was great, and I had one of the best Bloody Marys I've ever tasted. Highly recommend this place!
The filet was excellent, and the wedge salad came with a delightful dressing. Overall, the entire meal was outstanding and reasonably priced.

Best prime rib and filet-mignon in southern Colorado. Never ever had a problem with staff or service. Always been treated very friendly and professionally. Have taken numerous friends there and everyone was thoroughly impressed.
Absolutely Amazing! I have been a loyal customer for several years and have introduced family and friends who, have also introduced family and friends. I am so happy that they increased their dining room a couple years ago. The food is outstanding, customer service is excellent and it is always clean and welcoming. 5 Amazing Stars!!
Last night was our first experience at your restaurant. The foood was exececptional however when it cam e time to pay the bill we were treated very rude and were told that she could accept pay one of three ways. There were 8 of us and we needed separate checks. She never once told us that she couldn't split the bill she just kept saying that she could accept 3 ways to pay. She told us that it was management decision I asked for the manager but of course she wasn't there. I know that we aren't the only one that needs separate checks. I thin tha you should should really re-visit this issue.
