I recommend ordering your food to go; that way, you can enjoy the delicious dishes without being affected by the negative atmosphere created by the employees.

Our waitress, Cheryl, was rude and inatte... read more We dined at Quincys Steak Spirits on January 3, 2021 and it was the absolutely worst service we have ever experienced. Our waitress, Cheryl, was rude and inattentive. She was not responsive to our needs and looked upon us as if we were burdens. She gave us dirty, filthy paper napkins that someone else had wiped their chocolate mouths on and the stains looked like either chocolate or blood. They were all over the napkins. And, she laid this napkin right at my plate. She also messed up my steak and gave me a rare steak when I had ordered a medium-well steak and it took her 30 minutes to give me a fork that I had asked for. Additionally, she also messed up other people's dinners and was saying mean and rude things about all of her customers and my fiance and I heard her. And, they insisted that we eat our dessert outside in 20 degree weather in the snow and ice because they wanted to get rid of us and I told the manager that I absolutely would NOT eat my dessert outside and that she would have to put up with me a little while longer. They took no responsibility for anything and stupidly claimed it was because it was busy of why we got a used napkin with blood and chocolate all over it.
