What Michael Ellis doesn't like about Dunkin':
I usually order the maple bacon breakfast croissant, which includes egg and white cheddar cheese. When it's fresh, it's really delicious. However, I often end up with a cold sandwich instead of a hot one. Sometimes the egg is freshly cooked, but the bacon is only fresh about half the time. You can also order the maple bacon on its own. ? 's were fresh but if you order any thing with oatmilk, don 't ask me why, it takes them longer to prepare and u might wait a little longer than usual. Other than that greT service, clean and will visit again.
I've been here 4 times in the past year and each time was treated rudely.Now I doordash and I refuse every order that comes in from here because I absolutely will never step foot in this place again. I'm a very easy going person, kinda on the shy side and they make me feel very uncomfortable.
Fast, accurate service at a lower price than most coffee shops.
The Dunkin' chain has serious issues with accepting debit cards. Twice now I have been charged a penny for my order but was informed my card was declined. It's an easy problem to fix. We just don't ever shop there any more.
If I could rate this Dunkin Location, I would give it a 0. While some of the staff are friendly (on the evening shift) the morning and afternoon crew are appalling. They are not willing to replace drinks you don?t like or fix them. There is one womanwho is rude, nasty, bossy, and mean. Several people I know refuse to come here because of the lack of customer service and theunfriendly mannerisms. I no longer go to this location when that employee is there because of her attitude towards customers. Iwill be contacting corporate regarding the terrible experience and lack of respect I was shown.
