The description promi... read more I ordered an Island Bowl with honey and granola for nearly $11, but what I received was just a heap of açaí with granola and honey on top. The description promised bananas, blueberries, and strawberries, none of which were included in the bowl I paid for. I usually don’t eat out because prices are so high, so I was looking forward to this as a special treat for myself. I won’t be spending any more of my hard-earned money at this establishment if they can’t get my order right.

Stand at the counter and not even acknowledged for a solid 2 minutes with 2 people behind the counter. Never been here so I 'm looking at the menu no ask if I 've been there or recommendations. They make my smoothie which is good but I say thank you and her response was yeah idk what I did maybe me coming in was an inconvenience. Guess I 'll just go to one of the other 12 smoothie places in florence

They did not think twice to start over with the new one the way I asked for it. The young man with the mustache was very helpful and the young lady had a great attitude as well. I will definitely be coming back smoothie taste very great just like I made it at home did not taste that commercialized as the other places love it love it love it.

The food is addicting, and by far my favorite place to get a good açaí bowl! I highly recommend, easily my favorite restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
