Lunch on the amengrill with my cousin they are visiting from the city today. service was excellent and friendly. eating was very good. nice cozy lunch. they see the golfers by, it seemed, there will be a school golf tournament also going.
The food was excellent, but the service was slower than expected.
The food receives 4 stars. It would be great to see at least one steak on the menu! The server, Chloe, was wonderful. She deserves 5 stars!
I love going here. It’s close to home and the prices can’t be beat. Unfortunately last evening was not great. I was not super hungry so I ordered the tuna sandwich. It was really runny…gross! I could only eat 2 bites mostly because the tuna kept falling out of the sandwich. My husband said that’s what you get for ordering tuna at a restaurant, so lesson learned. Service is always familiar and friendly, but the kitchen was pretty slow. My reservation was for 6 and we didn’t get food till around 6:45 or so. In their defense there were a couple of parties ahead of me so it was understandable. I was just surprised for a Monday.
