Burger King - Florence

I've never had bad food here until yesterday. $20 worth of cold food. No receipt so I can't even do a review. No one was in the drive thru ahead of me and no crowd inside.

The quality is terrible here. the food tastes old, tasteless and the burger was cold! the customer service was terrible that I told the young lady a nice day and she closed the window.

Every time I go here it takes about 20-30 mins for me to get my food. I avoid going here now because I know the wait is going to be long. Sonic is usually more busy but you only end up waiting if you order chicken and it’s 5 mins tops. I also have only gotten a receipt once from here and to my understanding no receipt the meals free.

Delicious! It exceeded my expectations in both portion size and quality. The flavor is fantastic. Occasionally, they can be a bit heavy on the pickles, but they’re easy to remove. I absolutely love this sandwich. Well done, BK!
