We love ending our adventures with cold drinks and great food. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, and even pets are welcome. Our servers laugh and joke with us. The service, atmosphere, and food are exceptional. Don't leave without trying a burger, onion rings, or breaded mushrooms. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It was karaoke night and we actually really enjoyed the entertainment. It took close to two hours to get our entree and it was cold when it arrived. Not happy. Called in an order for a Ruben with side tots, also ordered a Ruben no side for lunch tomorrow. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and it would be 36.12. Upon pick up I’m given the ticket, I see I was charged 16.62 twice, I asked why, she explained the sandwich is always sold with a side no matter if you want it. But she didn’t say anything about that on the phone. I’ve attached a photo of the ticket she had waiting for me, along with a receipt for 36.12. My copy explains I could pay cash 34.82, but she never said anything about that. I will not give my money to whoever has these rules. The menu says 12 bucks. Really bad business practices .
