The cooking is truly exceptional: refined, thoughtful, beautifully balanced and easily at Michelin level. Every dish feels carefully considered, with outstanding ingredients, elegant presentation and real creativity without ever feeling forced. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the service has always been charming, attentive and professional. Nugolo has become one of our favourite restaurants in Florence. It is rare to find somewhere that combines this level of cooking with such genuine hospitality and consistency. A truly special place, and one we will return to every time we are in the city.
