Over 2 visits I ate the carbonara with truffles, gnocchi, cotoletta alla milanese of seitan, seitan calabrese and the tiramisu. Each plate was incredible and was matched by their friendly, excellent service. A+! Perfetto!!

But honestly, the rest was great. And the personell was super friendly. Do recommend! Lots of good veggetarian(actually vegan,I was forgetting again) Italian options on the menu, Saitan included.

You have found your place. Exceptional food with friendly service. We especially enjoyed the amatriacana and carbonara. The tiramisu is perfect but so is the tofu cake (cheesecake). The staff was able to give proper wine recommendations and help explain some of the dishes which we did not recognize. Seitan is made in house and delicious. We ended up eating here 3/5 nights in Florence and we do not regret it.

I've been three times in a row to try different dishes, and I can't tell you which ones to recommend, since each one was better than the last! As a true Florentine, be wary of anyone who says otherwise... Highly recommended.
