What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Eurgh, came here out of necessity after a late evening arrival in Florence. Conveniently located close to Santa Maria Novella Station, it was very busy but there was plenty of seating. The self-service order points were easy enough to use and no problems making payment at the counter, but service at the collection area was slow and confused. Good load, but very crowded the most time. the machines make it easy to order and the staff is very sharp and deliver their order very quickly. they do not have an breakfast menu that I feel is a part of it!
Not only did my burger look like someone stepped on it, there was also a piece of bone or plastic in it. The mens bathroom has no urinals and 3 of the 4 stalls were not working, which created a huge line. The one working stall was filthy
All good but ketchup and other sauces are not included, they charge €0.25 per serving. eating was really good Mexican review
Try mcdonald’s in the country is always fun to see the differences in the menu points. italien has specially the mccrunchy brot that I propose to them to try it! it tasted great and came out pretty fast as the spot was busy.
