absolutely the best gelato I've ever eaten. my partner and I enjoyed many a gelato from this place that is 100% gluten-free. we have most aromen during our time in florenz (dulche de leche was my fave.) my man, who is not limited to gf, has preferred this place even to anyone else. The gelato is the most delicious one I have ever tasted! Out of the gelato places in Florence I tried this was the best. It is dedicated gf and to my surprise had lots of flavors. Out of the 20 some flavors I had chocolate, vanilla, and lemon. The chocolate was the best gelato I’ve ever tasted, the vanilla to my surprise was amazing, and the lemon was great. I definitely recommend this place in your free time.
Every flavor and cone is gluten free! They have gf brioche and other gf products too to try.

We were told today that they are now 100% gluten-free! all gelato and cone are gf. many interesting aromes to choose.
