Despite... read more The food at Fazoli's is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Since the drive-thru was closed, we went inside to place a carryout order. Despite a long line of customers, several employees passed by without acknowledging us. After waiting 15 minutes, our order was finally taken, but it wasn’t entered correctly. It took another 11 minutes for our food to be ready, with about half that time spent waiting for it to be bagged as it sat on the counter. The dining area was extremely dirty, with nearly every table covered in trash and swarming with flies.

It reminded me more of the school lunches I had growing up. There was nothing particularly special about the meal, except for the breadsticks—they were the only thing that actually tasted good. My whole family felt the same way about the food.
