Despite... read more The food at Fazoli's is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Since the drive-thru was closed, we went inside to place a carryout order. Despite a long line of customers, several employees passed by without acknowledging us. After waiting 15 minutes, our order was finally taken, but it wasn’t entered correctly. It took another 11 minutes for our food to be ready, with about half that time spent waiting for it to be bagged as it sat on the counter. The dining area was extremely dirty, with nearly every table covered in trash and swarming with flies.

It reminded me more of the school lunches I... read more I didn’t go in expecting a five-star Italian experience, but this definitely wasn’t close to authentic Italian food. It reminded me more of the school lunches I had growing up. There was nothing particularly special about the meal, except for the breadsticks—they were the only thing that actually tasted good. My whole family felt the same way about the food.

The night shift team on September 16 at 9:03 PM was incredibly kind and accommodating when I called to inquire about dine-in hours. Although I ultimately chose to do takeout, they made it a point to let us know that dine-in was available and that they would be more than happy to serve us. I truly felt welcomed, and I will definitely be returning!

After receiving my order, I went... read more The food was good, but I understand that the staff shortages aren't their fault. However, I had to wait 50 minutes for my food. After receiving my order, I went to my car and realized some items were missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back inside because the door was locked, and they were doing a short closing shift without keeping the dining room open. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I had no choice but to wait in the drive-thru, which took another 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:00 PM and didn't leave until 6:20 PM. When I expressed my frustration in the drive-thru to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do and apologized for the understaffing. I told her that as someone who works in food service, I understand, but it would have been helpful for them to ensure that all of my food was in the bag.
