The restaurant is now under new management, and they have done a fantastic job of cleaning up the place. They have also added new food options like pizza and wings, and they serve breakfast and lunch as well. They have a minimum price for cigarettes and a wide selection of beer. Kudos to the new management for making this place more welcoming. I will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shell:
I arrived at this restaurant at 1:18 am hoping to get some gas for my car, as they should offer 24-hour service. Unfortunately, the gas pumps were not working at all. I was also disappointed with the food. They should have informed customers on their website that they do not operate 24 hours like other refueling stations. View all feedback.
NOT 24 hrs.!!!Here's the review I wrote earlier (square brackets)...new management( -then please UPDATE your google maps hours and save customers WASTED TRIPS.[Made a special 10 mile trip to Flora to grab some milk here because Dollar General now closes at 9 PM or whatever, and the door's locked! :-OQuestion: What kind of business advertises 24 hrs. but closes at midnight??Answer: Poorly mananaged and basically LAME! Plain lame. :-P]
We stopped in for gas and a quick bathroom break. Nice clean store and professional employees.
The bathroom is terrible. No paper towels nor toilet paper. There’s a sign on the door requesting guests to keep the bathroom clean, but clearly the staff doesn’t care that much.
Absolutely terrible since the owner has changed. Service is awful and women are harassed. Don't waste your time or money.
My daughter stopped at this restaurant on Thursday to get gas. She pumped $10 worth of gas. When she tried to start her car, it wouldn't crank after a few attempts. I had to have it towed from this gas station. The mechanic had to replace the fuel filter and clean out the fuel lines. It cost me $560 to repair her car. The mechanic said that she got bad gas, as the tank had water and debris in it. We will not be getting gas from this place again.
