What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The staff is friendly, but my order is consistently incorrect. I have to wait for them to remake my pizza, but it still comes out wrong. I ended up settling for a pizza with toppings I didn't order. View all feedback.
My pizza is always burnt and dried out at Flora, Ms location.
Pizza was over cooked. Which dried up the meat and mushrooms. The cookie was over cooked which made hard and crumbly.
My pizza is always ready fast and the people are so friendly.
Everything was fantastic, the food and the customer service were great. Keep the good work.
The staff at this point makes the visit worth it....not to mention the food is great and the Cinnabons...WOW!
