I ordered five pieces of grilled Aussie snapper last night, and it turned out to be some of the worst fish I've ever had. It was tough and nearly impossible to enjoy. When I called the manager to share my feedback, I didn’t even receive an apology—just some pauses before he finally said he would look into it. It’s clear that the management doesn’t understand customer service at all. Totally a waste of $37.50; I should have just gone to Red Rooster instead!
