They were extremely helpful with me getting my delayed baggage from Swiss Air. The breakfast and dinners were outstanding with a menu that had different offerings each day. The room had two twin beds which were big enough for my 6’2” height. Great room for skis in the basement that even has a wall of boot dryers. Also, the hotel has a great spa that I highly recommend. 5 stars!
