The point is not even if you have the money or not but what the company culture and values behind it are.

Fresh ginger tea with only a few small ginger slices (ie no taste), hot chocolate with homeopathic amounts of chocolate powder (and we think even the milk was diluted with water) and pumpkin soup (which taste was actually quite good) that arrived lukewarm at our table. To top off this ‘great’ experience, our waitress whose service screamed ‘I don’t care’ (at least towards the guests) started French kissing with someone right in front of our table. On the positive side, ordering via the Inside Laax app was seamless.
