Admittedly, Flemington isn’t really a destination for foodie’s, but there some real gems in this town, and Dolce def holds its own.The food is very good and I LOVE that it’s BYOB. The menu might seem a bit limited (for instance, they use the same ingredients like veal cutlets in a number of dishes, but prepare them in different presentations). I can understand that given rising food costs, thankfully the specials add diversity. Had some world class grilled octopus over white beans and spinach, the flounder franchise was legit too will def be back

The ow... read more Dolce has quickly become one of my all-time favorites! The atmosphere, both indoors and in the newly renovated outdoor area, is warm, spacious, and cozy. The owner, Adrian, is always welcoming, kind, and professional, and his entire staff shares his appreciation for customers. The food is beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. There’s a fantastic selection of appetizers and desserts, and I’ve loved every meal I’ve had there! If you’re in search of excellent Italian cuisine, a great location, reasonable prices, and outstanding service, I highly recommend giving Dolce a try. I truly wish Google had a 10-star rating option!

The Capellini con Frutti di Mare in Fradiavolo sauce was magnificent—perfectly cooked seafood combined with a rich, spicy sauce that was full of flavor. Ardi and Fabio provided impeccable service; they were attentive and friendly, making our dining experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding Italian meal and exceptional service.
