I was really impressed by how friendly the staff were. My wife took her time to decide on her order, and the woman assisting us was incredibly patient. The venue even has a cinema, which was a nice surprise! The ice cream was delicious; we ordered the regular size and it was just right for us to enjoy at our leisure and even take some home. My wife is quite particular about food, but she was very happy with the ice cream as well.
We went for the new Nintendo promotion, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the cup my daughter wanted to collect. The chocolate ice cream was average, and the prices were exorbitant. The service was as cold as the ice cream, and I would suggest going to Rita's instead.
I ordered the black raspberry ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely one of my new favorites! The service was excellent, and the restaurant was tidy and well-maintained!
You are open until 8 o'clock, I and my friend showed up at 7:30 o'clock and the doors were closed. super annoying, ruined our night.
Great experience, especially appreciated Zoey's attitude and customer service.
