I did a... read more The last visit we had to this location our order was incorrect. We ordered a dozen pumpkin munchies using the drive-thru and got 4 pumpkin and 8 plain. I did a survey about the incident and their corporate response was lukewarm. Earlier today we decided totry again. This time I went inside. The girl at the counter was flossing her teeth with a dental floss pick. She didn't stopwhile I explained what happened last time, so I left. Ewww. I now wonder what the employees do when no one is around? Again,ewww.

Only the strawberry glazed was fresh. The other five seemed to be two days old. The Staff was friendly and the drinks were fine, but I question a doughnut shop that cannot serve doughnuts.

After getting our food, I asked the person who took our order if the coffee ord... read more As a business owner of over 25 years, Shay needs some customer service training. After getting our food, I asked the person who took our order if the coffee order was in the works, she (Shay) loudly responded from her station, I 'm working on 4 orders ahead of that one. When it was ready she walked over, aggressively slapped the cup down hard against the counter and the coffee splashed up all over the cup and she walked back to where she was. One of the food people saw it, took it back replaced the cover and offered it to us. Customer service save and Shay needs to manage her feelings.
