The times I?ve visited we... read more This place is never open during their posted hours. I?ve visited a few times, the door says open till 11 yet Google says open till 10. The times I?ve visited were well before 10. The drive-thru signs and lights still on, store lights still on. We sat atthe speaker for 5 mins with no response but employees with their headsets still on were behind the window. Front door closed.Either the employees don?t feel like working or the manager/owner needs to update their posted business hours. Hard to give anaccurate review when you can?t even order food.

Only people in there and staff told us to wait while she wiped between all the ice cream containers. Then ordered ourover priced frozen dairy treats and they got it wrong. I was disappointed that after taking my order and handling money shegrabbed the cone with unwashed hands. Go somewhere else if yoI can.

We open lids when we got home and they each had about a teaspoon of chocolate sauce on them, not hot fudge. I called to complain to a manager whichended up being the same girl who worked the counter that you can't understand. After 3 times saying excuse me, she was trying tosay Baskins yep thats right, Baskins is expensive an our hot fudge is watery. Moral of my expensive night with horrible icecream. Go elsewhere.

The lady in front if us only ordered a kids scoop. We tried to order cookie dough which is a popular flavor but was rudely toldthey don't sell it. The other times they were more expensive then other Baskin Robin's and smaller portion. I live close butI'll drive further away to get my Baskin Robin's. The owner should just pack up shop now cause flat rock is a small town that isnot going to put up with lazy workers and price gouging. Especially since people talk. I know a lot that won't be going back.
