This location is great—when it’s open! Unfortunately, it’s closed more often than not, with no explanation. It’s especially frustrating given how frequently they update their page and hours.
Edit: I'm keeping my original review to share my experience, but I want to update that they have corrected the issue and service has improved significantly since then. Original: The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was drenched in Buffalo sauce, making it impossible to eat. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—no greeting or thank you. The employee didn’t even make eye contact when handing us our food.
I went through the drive-thru after 5 pm, and the employee told me they were closed. I was surprised and wondered if someone had just quit on the spot. You’d think they’d have someone cover the shift quickly. The last time I visited Arby’s earlier this year, I had to turn around twice because it was so dark outside—I actually drove right past the place! When I finally arrived a little after 7 pm, the lights were on and I could see employees standing around talking. The service in the drive-thru was slow, even though they didn’t close for another 49 minutes. When I got home, the food didn’t taste good either. It seemed like they were trying to make it look like they were closed by turning off the sign, and my food tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. They really need to consider retraining their staff and managers.
Every time I visit this Arby's location, I am met with poor treatment. I consistently experience being laughed at while ordering, receiving dirty looks at checkout, and finding my sandwiches smashed with fries spilled all over the bag. I've tried giving them multiple chances, but the staff always seem unhappy. When they hand me my food, it feels more like it's being shoved into my hands rather than a proper exchange, and they quickly close the window without checking if I need anything else. I often have to wait until they decide to return to ask for even basic items like napkins—it's frustrating customer service that raises concerns about the safety of my food. Recently, Brianna handed my order to me in a dismissive manner. I've even had the store manager hurl insults at me from the drive-thru window as I drove away, which indicates it's a widespread issue within the crew. After the incident with the manager, I called the store to express my concerns, but I was hung up on. To make matters worse, I received a text on my phone from an employee's personal number calling me "Mini Van Girl" and claiming to be the manager, who then apologized through text. This experience was unsettling and creepy.
