Generally, chain restaurants tend to perform better in smaller towns since they rely heavily on the local community for support, and this place was no exception. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're traveling from Pennsylvania to New York.

The place looked worn and was dirty. Food substances on the wall in our seating area. The chair I sat in was dirty. The menus provided were sticky and the floors were very worn and looked like it needed overdue attention. Service was poor at best. Since when do you need to ask for a fork and knife to eat? Or ask another waiter for a beveragerefill? Real nice to eat you appetizers with your fingers as NO waiters in sight. Our waiter seemed like it was unfortunate hehad to be at work. The backwards BB cap he wore really made a nice impression. The food was below the poor ratings at best. The was a huge disappointment and my bowels responded accordingly later. NEVER again AVOID this location at all costs!

I had the bacon ch... read more I always enjoy the food here. My wife ordered the triple dipper, which included crispy chicken, loaded potato bites, and southwest egg rolls. I had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of Mexican rice, and it was incredibly tasty. We opted for curbside pickup, and the staff was quick to deliver our order within a minute of my arrival. Excellent service!

For the past 18 years, we've been loyal customers at this Chili's, and I can't even begin to calculate how much we’ve spent as a family of five during that time. Unfortunately, our visit tonight was the most disappointing we've ever had. The appetizers were served at different times, which was quite frustrating. My daughter ordered her burger well done, but it came out medium to medium-well. Instead of preparing a new burger, they just cooked the original one a bit longer. My chicken sandwich was also overcooked and had a rubbery texture. I sent it back but was so disheartened that I didn’t want to order anything else. To make matters worse, the manager never approached our table to address our concerns, which was disheartening. While our server apologized, it wasn't enough — it was the manager I wanted to hear from. With the rising prices we’ve been seeing lately, we anticipated better service from a chain like Chili's.

I would have given it five stars just for the delicious food and great prices, but sadly, it's not offered at the restaurant. The parking is convenient, and the place is always lively with customers, making it well worth a visit!
