Whisk and Whisky offers an impressive selection of over 150 whiskies, complemented by a food menu that pairs perfectly with these fine drinks. The entrée salads are a fantastic choice for lunch, and the heartier dishes are equally delightful. I found the Cobb salad to be on par with some of the best I've ever had. View all feedback.
What Noazchica dislikes about Plated Projects:
Chef needs some basic guidance about Vietnamese food. Both pork belly and tofu filling were bland, no development of flavors. Tofu was unseasoned and cut in at least one inch slabs, grilling till a nice sear happened was necessary but instead the giant slab, more like a brick, slid out of the sandwich on first bite. Pickled cukes were more raw and unseasoned than anything else. I ordered a fried egg and didn’t get it... View all feedback.
My husband and I were on vacation and looking for a nice dinner. The dining options in this town seem somewhat limited, so we decided to give this place a try. The service was very attentive right from the start, with the hostess seating us immediately. However, I found that this establishment feels more like a bar with a focus on whiskey rather than a traditional dining venue. We were placed at a high-top table without being asked if that was suitable for us, despite being retirees. Our server was excellent, though. I ordered a basic Cobb salad, while my husband had the fish and chips. He enjoyed one drink, and I just had water. The total bill came to $60, which felt a bit steep for a salad and fish with fries. There wasn’t anything particularly negative about the experience, but overall it felt very average.

Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We enjoyed the deviled eggs, a cauliflower appetizer, the fried chicken sandwich, and the house salad with a side of salmon. As someone who is quite picky, I was really impressed with this place.

Please manager pull this from your menu until you can help your chef make these “should be wonderful lively and multi dimensional “traditional sandwiches edible.
