The food is nice, but there isn't much variety in the coffee selection, and the quality of the coffee could be improved. It's better than what you'd find at a gas station, but not as good as Starbucks or Dutch Bros. View all feedback.

The packaging was cute but unnecessarily wasteful, which was surprising given Flag's eco-friendly reputation. The wrap was smaller than expected; it definitely needs a size indication, and it was cold when I got it. On the bright side, the coffee was larger than I anticipated (I'm used to Starbucks sizes) and was really delicious! View all feedback.
The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The donuts were also quite tasty.
As a person who has only been to a Dunkin' once over four years ago they are so kind and welcoming! It is very cozy inside! I was helped by Joselyn he was very kind and was patient with me! It honestly seems like he loves working here! If I had cash on me I would have tipped him in a heartbeat! They are taking Covid safety seriously. I felt super safe here! I 1000000% recommend coming here!

Get a receipt, because they miss stuff you order and if you didn 't think you needed a receipt, you do. If you ask them to get you one after only two other customers order, it is too much of an inconvenience. This is going to take forever because each time I need to scroll all the way down. So I can promise you it wasnt on there, as per the manager . All over a small black coffee. I guarantee with the price I paid, it was, but just paid a whopping $3.95 to get another. Ironically she snatched the receipt and threw it out before I could ask for it.
They like to run the buy three get two special here. Verify your order before even stepping away from the counter! I went over to the napkins when I noticed a sandwich was forgotten and boy was that a mistake. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
