The wait time was ridiculous. The ceiling is leaking in more than one place. There are puddles of water leaking from the ceiling all over. It looks like the place is understaffed, and there are a lot of people waiting. The district supervisor or manager is in the building but not worried much. Instead, she is talking on the phone with the GM about how they received multiple violations, including failed food and equipment temperature and improper hand washing of employees.
This Denny's was fantastic! We were served by Cody, who was exceptional. He happily answered all our questions about the menu with great detail. Cody was friendly and enthusiastic throughout our meal. When we checked out, he even gave us a 20% discount reward card. The food was served promptly and prepared perfectly. We tried several items from the 55-plus menu, and they were excellent. The portion sizes were just right and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely visit this Denny's again!
No regular tea, no fish, no salad We had to wait forever to be given menus and order. When we ordered we found out about the food items they didn't have that we were requesting (they probably ran out of other things too) It was around 730pm... When the food arrived: hard spaghetti noodles(like when they don't cook the ends), burned peppers but raw broccoli, no mushrooms on the bourbon chicken. We had to ask for syrup and silverware a couple times before it appeared. The 2 Waiters then left, just walked out and never came back. We had to ask for the check 10 minutes later from someone else. After waiting another 10 min, we we're finally able to cash out with another (3rd) cashier but they didn't give me a check to review just rang up. Total didn't sound right, so I asked for the paper copy and... overcharged $2 for each drink! (Like $12/13) She fixed it, we paid and left. Well over 30 minutes after wanting to depart! They mixed up the phone orders while we were there as well (we had the table next to the register, watched it all go down) One person got the steak dinner but there was basically only potatoes to choose from. $15 for a steak the size of a normal palm (not monster hands) and french fries...felt like a rip off!
I'm giving them five stars because, despite being clearly understaffed, I saw no signs of blame towards the government or accusations of laziness. They made no excuses; they simply hoped we would enjoy our experience, and I truly appreciated that. We had a good meal, which was the main point. I won’t hold against them factors that are out of their control. So please, be kind and patient as the world gets back on track. Be understanding!
An overall sad experience. This place needs a serious deep clean. I immediately didn't want to eat because of how many things were dirty (the floors, the table, the silverware, the cups, etc). They barely had any pancake options, which is a joke because their a breakfast place. They had about 4 or 5 pancake options, and 3 of them were all banana topped. We got our food, and I don't think anyone in the kitchen uses seasoning or even salt/pepper. All our food tasted like nothing, the bacon was rubbery, the pancakes were flavorless even though I got toppings, syrup and fruit in th the batter. They were out of pretty much everything! They didn't have any strawberry, no soup, no mango drinks, chocolate chips... how are you all out first thing in the morning? Our waitress seemed half alive, so we didn't get anything in the customer service area. It also didn't help that we were seated right next to the kitchen and could hear people getting scolded for not doing things correctly. I don't think I even wanted to finish eating, I just wanted to leave.

Dasher was fantastic! Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing, suitable only for a small child or a bear cub. The chicken from the Chicken Lickin' was burnt, and I didn’t receive my red mashed potatoes at all. Instead, I got some broccoli, which looked like the last bit they had left—it was smaller than what you might serve to starving mice. I really don’t understand what happened! It was terrible! On the bright side, the delivery driver was excellent—fast and punctual!

Order in the wee hours... Arrived was delicious! Fresh Vegetable Medley was meager not roasted long enough. Yes, I will order again.
