I had an exceptional experience at Five Dock McDonalds, I was served by a friendly young girl named Natasha who made one of the nicest cups of coffee I've had from any McDonalds, she also brought the coffee to my table for me which was delightful. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
My friend and I ordered two lattes coffees and paid $3.60 each and they were the worst coffee ever. The manager was rude and and staff are new and not capable to make descent coffees. View all feedback.
I went to McDonald’s five 3 times in the past 5 days and it’s been nothing less than disappointing in fact I’ll never return back again these simply no care factor is take your money and serve you cold sub standard food looks nothing like the photo on the menu looks like it’s been dropped and put back in the box noting is worth mentioning example chicken nuggets are cold and hard as a Rock if you try to eat one you will ****. Eveytime I request for a receipt the excuse is the machine doesn’t work what three time in the past 5 days how about this the potatoe scallops 3 time I purchased them and NO chicken salt was available that false advertising not to mention you don’t even get given a option when collecting your food at the drive thur I had to literally go and park the car and go into the store requesting for the chicken salt that not fast food that’s simply rubbish service and no duty of care is applied. These no leadership and the staff seem to be busy in they little world and not fulfilling the obligations in how McDonald’s advise on Television save you money on marketing McDonald’s you’ve seen to be losing the plot, I’ll spent my money on other choices and I don’t think I will miss McDonald’s or the service it’s showcases which is a little bit of nothing. You take your young family and treat them to a meal each nothing short of $78.00 then have to eat a cold meal when you know it’s meant to be hot or at least warm…… shame on you McDonald’s shame that’s not how you treat your customers. It will be my mission the tell everyone I know and social media of my poor experience not once not twice I lose count and enough is enough I’ve lost count of the bad experience and out of pocket when simply the food was not of any standard to consume.
Don't waste ur time going to this store. Staff don't care neither do management. Food poor quality
Frozen Coke was as expected but no Fanta flavours available which is what I was craving. Disappointed that it did not have what it is meant to
Went today to get 4 takeaway McChicken Meals . Slow service , understaffed badly. Burgers left waiting while I waited for the 4 sprites . When I got the meal to the destination , 8 minutes away the drinks were tasteless Sosa , no sprite flavour . I’m complaining to head office . Waste of $40 !! Embarrassed for my staff members who were in need of refreshments .
My car was splashed with milkshake and I was called a A nasty name by people in a white car coming around the drive through. My origins are African American. I have the number plate of the car and will be giving it to the police. No 1. I work in a law industry and make far more money than you do No 2. Your behaviour makes me realise that you must be from a cheap and mean household. No 3. Usually this attitude stems from family behaviour to foreigners. So sad! The only reprieve is the wonderful Manager Jeremy who got me some warm water to wash off the milkshake of the car. Jeremy deserves accolades from McDonalds for being a genuine and caring manager. Thanks Jeremy.
