Taco Bell - Fitzgerald
Taco Bell
Description
Located in a busy area, this KFC/Taco Bell spot offers quick service and pleasant experiences at times, but inconsistency remains a significant issue. Customers report slow service, errors in orders, and varying food quality—such as soggy tacos and missing toppings—even with frequent visits. Staffing appears uneven, sometimes causing delays despite full teams. Positively, the restaurant provides ample parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a vegan menu, catering well to diverse needs. While the food is generally good when done right, ongoing order inaccuracies and inconsistent preparation leave many feeling frustrated, highlighting a clear need for improved quality control and staff training.

After not visiting our KFC/Taco Bell location for about two years, I decided to give it another chance a couple of weeks ago. The visit was quite pleasant; the cashier was friendly, our takeout was quick, and the meal was much better than I remembered. However, fast forward two weeks, and I returned for Taco Bell. This time, the cashier was underwhelming, and it took an eternity for my food to be ready. Once home, I was disappointed to find that the beef tacos and burritos were a soggy mess, and my Chicken Taco Supremes had very little Supreme about them aside from the lettuce. I ended up spending $26 for two people, and overall, it was not worth it. I’m left feeling frustrated and won’t be returning to this location. They need to do better.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. They consistently do the opposite of what I request, and the staff is rude and abrupt. I always ask for no sour cream, but they always manage to add extra on everything.
