After not visiting our KFC/Taco Bell location for about two years, I decided to give it another chance a couple of weeks ago. The visit was quite pleasant; the cashier was friendly, our takeout was quick, and the meal was much better than I remembered. However, fast forward two weeks, and I returned for Taco Bell. This time, the cashier was underwhelming, and it took an eternity for my food to be ready. Once home, I was disappointed to find that the beef tacos and burritos were a soggy mess, and my Chicken Taco Supremes had very little Supreme about them aside from the lettuce. I ended up spending $26 for two people, and overall, it was not worth it. I’m left feeling frustrated and won’t be returning to this location. They need to do better.

The service was very slow, and it seemed like there were too many employees just standing around, chatting and playing. They really need to focus on their work.

Last 2 times I hit drive through I ordered a 12 pk of Supreme tacos which should include sour cream and tomatoes. Both times, got home to find plain tacos. Checked receipts and was billed for Supreme.

The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside. It was filthy! Trash all over the floor, messy tables, sticky floor, etc. There was mass chaos; giving customers the wrong food. I asked my friend how long she had been waiting, and she said she'd been there a while, that the cashier charged her the wrong price THREE times, just that one visit. The cashier finally just didn't charge her at all because she couldn't get it right. Customers were walking out, I suppose they were tired of waiting. We walked out as well. I knew KFC was going downhill for a while, but this time, they took the cake!
