The waitstaff were impolite and seemed unfamiliar with the menu when I was ordering. They didn’t even ask if I wanted a coffee refill. The food was undercooked, and when I raised the issue, they wanted to argue about it. Ever since Ronnie, the owner, has stopped coming around as often and with the new management, the quality has really declined. Service: Dine-in.

Every table we saw... read more I can't express enough how disappointing this restaurant was. There was no clear direction on whether to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Every table we saw was dirty. I ordered brisket, but you can see in the photo I uploaded how it turned out. The service was also terrible—everything took way too long, and they were completely clueless about our order, even billing us for something entirely different. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory dining experience.
