While they are famous for their hamburgers and fries, their menu offers a variety of other options as well. Some say that Wendy's should focus on better quality than their competitors, Burger King and McDonald's. Their unique square burgers set them apart, and they sometimes offer discounted combo meals. Personally, I prefer their French fries for being less greasy. The staff I interacted with were friendly, although sometimes it took longer than expected to get my order, depending on how busy they were. It can be frustrating when they make a mistake with the order, so I now always double-check before leaving Wendy's.

I particularly enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich, which tastes just like real chicken. I have never received the wrong order or felt like something was missing or stolen at this location. It is conveniently located off I-84 on the eastern side near Perkins and close to a car wash, though it can be a bit tricky to spot from the highway. Overall, if you're a fan of Wendy's, I would recommend this location as a reliable and safe choice where you can trust that your order will be correct and the food will always be fresh.

T... read more I’m not really big on almost food restaurants, but if I’m eating in an almost food restaurant wendy’s is the tip of my list. but this wendy’s is usually good. They get a lot of traffic, but they're so slow. I think all the workers move so slowly and it should be an almost food restaurant. also they are known for missing items they order or give them someone else order and this is a problem.

I remember one time I ordered from here and I couldn't find a driver to doordash my food and it took about an hour and it seems like they remade my food because It was still warm and fresh when I got it. I was informed th... read more I give this restaurant one star. I never received my food when I reached the window, even though there was an Apple Pay sticker on the window. I was informed that they do not accept Apple Pay through the drive-through because the machine does not come out the window. I offered to give them my phone, but they still refused to accept Apple Pay. There was no food manager at the window, and they seemed to think the situation was amusing. I found another Wendy's location eight minutes away that gladly accepted Apple Pay and was open an extra hour compared to this location. It was definitely worth the extra 8-minute drive to go to the other Wendy's.

The employee taking my order seemed confused and got everything wrong. The employees also lacked manners and were extremely rude. My burger was not plain as I had requested, and when I pointed this out, I was met with a response of "You should have asked for it plain." This all occurred between 6:55 and 6:59.

Unfortunately, they had difficulty processing the gift cards and made all the food before informing me. The manager confirmed the issue as well. When I mentioned I might leave, they pressured my girlfriend to pay using a different method. It turns out that we could have used the gift cards through the mobile app if the scanner was down. I had asked if they could manually input the cards or use them online, but they said it wasn't possible, which was not true. I will give this place another chance, but the experience was disappointing.
