Very busy store, but when I sent a mobile order that was directed to a different store they said no problem and made my drink there, and I got it in just a couple minutes! Excellent service! View all feedback.

I typically enjoy this Starbucks location, but if I'm paying $5 for a 16-ounce drink, I expect to receive 16 ounces of liquid instead of just 9 ounces of air and foam. I could easily go to Dunkin' Donuts across the street and get a medium mocha latte for $2 less and receive more actual drink.
The restroom was extremely dirty, even though it was only 10 o'clock in the morning. The staff member who served us seemed disinterested and took a long time, even though the restaurant was busy. Aaron, who prepared my drink that I had ordered through the mobile app 25 minutes beforehand, seemed unreliable. I probably won't be returning to this restaurant.
I thought the restaurant was just okay. The iced coffee had a bitter taste and they charged a lot extra for dairy or flavor, which also tasted a bit bitter. It's definitely not a high-end coffee shop.
This Starbucks location is just "okay." Many have pointed out the issue with the drive-thru situation. Due to the small parking lot and nearby businesses, wait times in the drive-thru can be quite long. During peak times, it feels like you're waiting forever. I have never had any problems with my drinks here, but it's worth noting that prices are slightly higher at this location because it is at a busy intersection. Overall, the quality of this location is average.
