I won't go there again on a Sunday morning. Grub hub and other delivery services have absolutely ruined it for the people that walk in to order. They are too busy getting grub hub orders out that we stand and wait for 20+ minutes. Grub hub orders arethe ones that should have to wait, not the people standing there. On top of that, in all the chaos going on, i got the wrongorder and went home with a breakfast sandwhich that my family didn't want and still paid 8.99 for it. I gave them two stars butlowered to 1 star after checking my order. will not go here again PERIOD.

Sunday opens at 5:30 AM, which is great! I planned to grab some bagels for my coworkers. I walked in at 5:55 AM, but the guy gave me a strange look and said there were no bagels ready yet. I've been here many times before (though not that early), and their bagels are usually good. But if you're going to open that early, shouldn't you have your main item available? Another issue I have with this place is that if you pay with anything other than cash, they charge an extra fee—definitely not a good practice.
The blueberry bagel is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I always order one whenever I visit. My boys really enjoy the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches when we go there. The place is very clean, and the staff is consistently accommodating; they bring our food to us and ensure everything is just right.
The jalapeno cream cheese is absolutely delicious! It features fresh, crunchy bits of jalapeno and is, without a doubt, the best jalapeno cream cheese I've ever tasted. The service is also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Don't buy their gift cards because the one in fishkill doesn't accept them. Even though they're listed on the back of the card as ones who do!!
Empire Bagels Fishkill prepared a 6-foot wedge, half American and half Italian, accompanied by side salads. The wedge was neatly sliced, incredibly fresh, and delicious. Their menu offers great options, and we will definitely order from Empire Bagels Fishkill again. They were also a pleasure to work with.

Empire Bagels Fishkill offers delicious food that will leave you in a delightful food coma. I highly recommend trying anything from the menu that includes hashbrowns. The protein shake is both satisfying and flavorful.
