They are too busy getting grub hub orders out that we stand and wait for 20+ minutes. Grub hub orders arethe ones that should have to wait, not the people standing there. On top of that, in all the chaos going on, i got the wrongorder and went home with a breakfast sandwhich that my family didn't want and still paid 8.99 for it. I gave them two stars butlowered to 1 star after checking my order. will not go here again PERIOD.

The dessert I've tried so far have been tasty too! They can get really busy sometimes, especially in the morning, so make sure yougive yourself some time to order and wait for your food. Or you can order your food ahead of time so you can just come in andpickup your food. There are times that they are so busy you might have to wait a minute to pickup your food, but it's worth it!

I walked in at 5:55 AM, but the guy gave me a strange look and said there were no bagels ready yet. I've been here many times before (though not that early), and their bagels are usually good. But if you're going to open that early, shouldn't you have your main item available? Another issue I have with this place is that if you pay with anything other than cash, they charge an extra fee—definitely not a good practice.

The place is very clean, and the staff is consistently accommodating; they bring our food to us and ensure everything is just right.
