Like this restaurant. They give me what feels like fresh food. My chicken and fries were super hot as of they just came out of the fryer. I was very happy about that. Staff was polite. Food came quick. No complaints. Good job. The only reason I didn't do5 stars is because they were a tad bit heavy on the salt, but otherwise they're good.
I took a twenty minute detour to try A&W for the first time ever, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend doing what I did. If it's on your way, the burgers are clearly very fresh, the fries are great, the cheese curds are good. I don't love root beer, sotheir float didn't win me over, but if you do like root beer then go for it.
I really love the concept of having A&W and KFC together—there's nothing quite like enjoying a cold A&W root beer alongside some delicious chicken. However, it would be helpful if the staff could speak English to better understand our orders. I believe that anyone working in food service should be familiar with the language spoken by their customers.
I regret using the car hop service. It took 5 minutes to place my order and 9 minutes to receive my food. Many cars in the drive-thru finished their orders during that time. I suspect they might be short-staffed.
I had never visited this restaurant before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cheeseburger was tasty, and the fries were exactly how I like them—flavorful and crispy. Even towards the end of my meal, the fries remained warm. I really enjoyed the root beer and can't wait to come back to try the floats and get one of their mugs. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!

The ability to get A&W restaurant food as well as KFC is great. The root beer from the top is definitely fantastic! However, this location is always hit or miss when it comes to service. Been that way for years, it could be drive through. It could be inside ordering but it's always a problem. Sometimes you're waiting longer than you need to to get food or you get the wrong food. I still keep coming here because there isn't an A& W restaurant anywhere nearby other than this.
Shares counter with KFC. Root beer in float lacked carbonation--completely flat first visit, just a tingle second; doubt there'll be a third.
I had a craving for a root beer float on this lovely fall afternoon. Unfortunately, the soda was flat, so I can only give it 1 star. On the other hand, the service was outstanding and delivered with a smile, earning 5 stars. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, resulting in 3 stars.

This is a KFC...I find it to be the best fried chicken place around because it makes grilled chicken also which is absolutely delicious...my husband likes fried...the sides are really good. But, the spicy chicken stripes were really greasy and the French fries limp...
Food was hot and very tasty. The only complaint that I have is the way they packaged up the food,so that items were falling out while removing from bag but I can't complain about the quality of the food.

First it goes here and I really like the milkshake that went back a few days later to get one. The fries are really good. My son enjoyed his hot dog. He also combines Wit KFC.
I've never been here before. The Cheeseburger was good the Fritten just as I like her tasteful and crispy and even if there were frits, it was nice that she was still warm. I enjoyed the root Can not wait to stop again and try the swimmers and get the cups they have. Come back, next we're in the area.
