I feel like some places have bad days but after that last trip I'm done! I know it's fast food but lord this chain desperately needs new staff in the kitchen!

Not fresh food!!If i could give 0 stars, i would!I usually love KFC and thought I’ll give this kfc/A&W a shot. Boy was i disappointed. The burger i ordered was by far the worst tasting burger. Not sure if the meat was spoiled but it was not good. The bread was not fresh and the mustard was sour. I couldn’t finish. They need to check their ingredients and the way they are cooking these meals. Now the French fries and the fried chicken was cooked in the same Oil with fish because all i tasted was very salty fish. I had to take a second look and make sure i didn’t order fish. Very disappointed and disgusted.

However, this location is always hit or miss... read more The ability to get A&W restaurant food as well as KFC is great. The root beer from the top is definitely fantastic! However, this location is always hit or miss when it comes to service. Been that way for years, it could be drive through. It could be inside ordering but it's always a problem. Sometimes you're waiting longer than you need to to get food or you get the wrong food. I still keep coming here because there isn't an A& W restaurant anywhere nearby other than this.

On the other hand, the service was outstanding and delivered with a smile, earning 5 stars. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, resulting in 3 stars.

I sampled the KFC chicken tenders, and they were absolutely delicious. There's plenty of parking space available, and the restaurant is very family-friendly, featuring options like burgers, chicken, hot dogs, root beer floats, and more. Accessibility is also excellent, as the entrance and parking lot are on the same level, making it easy to navigate without any steps or ramps.

They give me what feels like fresh food. My chicken and fries were super hot as of they just came out of the fryer. I was very happy about that. Staff was polite. Food came quick. No complaints. Good job. The only reason I didn't do5 stars is because they were a tad bit heavy on the salt, but otherwise they're good.

If it's on your way, the burgers are clearly very fresh, the fries are great, the cheese curds are good. I don't love root beer, sotheir float didn't win me over, but if you do like root beer then go for it.

The cheeseburger was tasty, and the fries were exactly how I like them—flavorful and crispy. Even towards the end of my meal, the fries remained warm. I really enjoyed the root beer and can't wait to come back to try the floats and get one of their mugs. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!
