Was Dada Adriano at Dunkin' a mag?
This restaurant is conveniently located at the gas station with the cheapest gasoline in town, easily accessible from I-84. It has a spacious seating area. During my visit, the staff were nice and friendly. However, there wasn't much selection of donuts around noon, so I only ended up grabbing a coffee to go. View all feedback.

I requested a hit chocolate and a Bavarian crème. It was fresh. I am not always lucky, today I was. As for the hot chocolate. I smears got it steaming hot. I requested that if not be too hot. She added ice to it and I didn't get my tongue burnt. But I was shocked with the small amount of donuts they had. After all this is Dunkin' Donuts. View all feedback.

The opening time of 4 AM is inaccurate. We arrived at 5 AM and found the restaurant closed.
What is the point if unlocking your doors. I walked in at 6:52 and walked out at 6:55 (feel free to watch your cameras ..they don't lie). 3 employees, all focused on the Drive-Thru. I never was looked at, smiled at or greeted. After 3 minutes I walked out ... Not one person apologized it stopped me .. they let me walk! What a strange business model! Went next door and got something at the gas station.
Staff was so nice! And really efficient. I was there around 7am and I was not expecting them to be so friendly.

Dunkin is consistently inconsistent. Depending on time of day and the store, you get different service and products. My beef today is I ordered 2 donuts, got to the window and was told you don't have the ones I ordered 10 seconds ago at the menu. Then I'm given 2 chocolate glazed instead, upside down, with no papers in between. So all my chocolate was stuck to the bottom of the bag. Your employees are not trained consistently, you're always out of product, and 9/10 times they make the drink wrong anyway. Do companies not care about customer service anymore? Do you just expect people to continue spending their money regardless of the quality of product you offer? Companies are cutting corners to save money, and training is the number 1 spot to take a hit. Train your people. If you're going to charge $2 for a donut, it better be edible. Customers are no longer king in this country. And that's why so many companies go under.
