The one I visited this time served us generous burritos and bowls, and we were definitely full afterwards! We placed our order through the app, and it was ready right on time as promised.

Upon arriving, I noticed a piece of meat had fallen into the sofritas, which is my usual order, before the person behind the counter even spoke to me. I informed the server about the issue, but she carelessly attempted to remove it and ended up mixing it in instead. I suggested that she should replace the entire container to avoid upsetting vegetarians, but she did not seem to do so, possibly due to closing time being just an hour away. Consequently, I settled for a veggie burrito instead. The server kindly offered me fresh guacamole without cheese from the back. Chipotle needs to address their contamination problems before I consider returning. Additionally, the bathroom floor was wet without any warning signs. It appeared as though someone had started mopping and forgotten to finish, leaving behind a mop, bucket, and squeegee. This was not safe.
