Thank you I ate a burrito bowl and saw it instead of a burrito

We have been to Chipotle... read more We used to adore this restaurant, but since the pandemic, the staff appears to be overwhelmed and errors are occurring very frequently. We have been to Chipotle three times this month (not this specific location, but other chains) and each visit has been progressively worse. Tonight at this location, there was a contamination issue as I found meat in my beans! Fortunately, I was eating a burrito bowl and caught it before it was wrapped in a burrito.

The one I visited this time served us generous burritos and bowls, and we were definitely full afterwards! We placed our order through the app, and it was ready right on time as promised.

The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but Iwas shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there.

It’s unaccep... read more This restaurant is truly disappointing! To the owner and management: you should be embarrassed for allowing such careless individuals to work here. It’s unacceptable, especially with young children present, to be subjected to such inappropriate and offensive surroundings while trying to order food. The music was the most offensive I've ever encountered, and I will not expose myself or my children to such unacceptable content. Is this the atmosphere you support? I will never return, and I will make sure to share my experience with others. Shame on you! Additionally, the food appeared unclean and unappetizing, which made me very worried about the possibility of getting sick. The place was unclean to the point where I had to use hand sanitizer on napkins just to wipe down my table before eating. What a shame!
