Description

At this restaurant, patrons report a mixed bag of experiences. While the vibrant atmosphere is appreciated, service issues often overshadow the dining experience. Some diners found notable dishes like the BBQ chop pork and sandwiches to be exceptional, while others were disappointed with the rotisserie chicken, which was deemed overcooked and poorly presented. Negative feedback also emerged about the vegetable bowl, described as a disappointing mishmash of ingredients. Overall, while there are highlights worth revisiting, consistency in food quality and service appears to be an ongoing challenge for this establishment.

Staff was very friendly and kind, but the food was terrible. There was a lot of confusion among the 4 or 5 staff members about who was supposed to do what and our food took about 25 minutes to prepare (even though there was only one other small group in the restaurant the whole time we were there). The bowls are a weird mashup of all sorts of foods that just don 't go well together. The flavors and textures really didn 't work well as a cohesive bowl and overall just tasted bad. The restaurant is advertised as southern fresh , but I couldn 't classify any of the flavors as southern. The only people in our group who liked their food were the ones who got the smash burger everyone else was disappointed with their food. The milkshakes were okay. The building itself was clean and inviting, but if you 're going for the food, I do not recommend this place.

My wife and I were passing through on the interstate and saw the restaurant on the exit food sign. Finding the restaurant was a challenge. A GPS search got us there. Glad we followed through! We both had bowls of very generous portions. Mine had roast beef and Carol had chicken. Both orders had uniquely distinctive tastes that seem only available at Augusta Kitchen! Try it!!! I don't recall exit number, but be prepared to dig a little to find the place, but it's well worth the effort. Now I need to figure out a reason to pass through Fishersville again!

Very good food the loaded tater tots are on point! They have a full bar. Got the beef bowl and it was delicious, I didn’t even know this place was here, a lot to do with the location but will definitely be back to try the chuck/brisket burger, a local must try we need to keep this place in business

Lighting was cold and sparse. Food was intriguing, but bowls were odd combinations in reality. Strangest milkshake we have ever had.

Nice people, good service, fair price. But like mongolian barbecue, I'm bad at combining ingredients which sound grea into a meal I like. Beans with burnt ends was good. Chicken kind of a wet mess, maybe from being boxed for delivery. Roasted veggies seemed boiled colorless and infused with cauliflower funk.
