Legit Pho - Fishers
Legit Pho
Description
This compact Vietnamese spot serves authentic, flavorful classics—pho, bun bo hue, grilled pork vermicelli, spring rolls and a notable veggie pho—at excellent value. The interior is small, bright and very clean, with friendly, often fast service, though meticulous preparation can mean waits up to 40 minutes. Music levels vary by seating and a faint fish-sauce odor has been noticed. No alcohol is served. Ample parking and wheelchair access make it convenient; many plan to return or opt for takeout/delivery.
Feedback
The food quality is quite good, although the music can be a bit loud depending on your seating. The dishes were tasty, but I noticed a faint smell of acidic fish sauce in the restaurant, which was somewhat uncomfortable, and I couldn't pinpoint its source. Overall, the value for the price was excellent, and I would likely return, but I would prefer to order for delivery or pickup next time. They certainly live up to their name.
It's a new Vietnamese restoration. I find it authentic and decent restaurant. The interior is not very elegant. it's simple, but clean. The menu is also simple, but includes the most important Vietnamese dishes. Alcohol isn't served, but I suggested wearing at least beer. Service is very good and they really make you welcome. I tried chicken Pho, which was very freshly tested. You can feel the taste of chicken and other ingredients. You can season it with some hot sauces and oil.
I really enjoyed the food I had here. The restaurant used to be the old Café Korea location, but it's now a Vietnamese spot. The interior is small, bright, and clean—there were no issues with hair or cleanliness. The service was friendly and impressively fast. I tried the grilled pork vermicelli, which was flavorful; the pork was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls were decent, but my only complaint was that the shrimp were quite tiny. I think adding some beautiful Thai basil would enhance them. The menu focuses on the essentials of Vietnamese cuisine, which I appreciate. I plan to come back to try the Pho and Banh Mi, and after that, I can determine if my opinion changes.
Top quality and truly authentic. A surprisingly clean restaurant. Having said that, sometimes it takes up to 40 minutes to get the food, which I can understand given that it's prepared meticulously, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if time is of concern. Delicious food! Must try veggie pho.
My son I enjoyed our delicious Pho lunch yesterday Legit Pho! The Spring Rolls and Dipping Sauce were classic and yummy!! Our waiter shared a recipe for a fun dipping sauce for our Pho Meat: Siracha, Hoisin, a squeeze of Fresh Lime! The Best! There is ample parking and it is wheelchair accessible! Plan lunch or dinner here!
