The interior is small, bright, and... read more I really enjoyed the food I had here. The restaurant used to be the old Café Korea location, but it's now a Vietnamese spot. The interior is small, bright, and clean—there were no issues with hair or cleanliness. The service was friendly and impressively fast. I tried the grilled pork vermicelli, which was flavorful; the pork was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls were decent, but my only complaint was that the shrimp were quite tiny. I think adding some beautiful Thai basil would enhance them. The menu focuses on the essentials of Vietnamese cuisine, which I appreciate. I plan to come back to try the Pho and Banh Mi, and after that, I can determine if my opinion changes.

Having said that, sometimes it takes up to 40 minutes to get the food, which I can understand given that it's prepared meticulously, but it's definitely something to keep in mind if time is of concern. Delicious food! Must try veggie pho.
