We had 30 minutes until our train departed, so we stopped for coffee and a dessert as we knew this chain from Torino (Turin). Friendly service, clean, good coffee and fresh pastries. Recommend.
We had to pass the time after shopping and this place is so attractive! We sat but the high chairs were a bit uncomfortable esp when you have a bag and jackets and things with you, you just put them all on the floor or lap. We had juices and cakes! Good service!
Had a wonderful day in Florence, beautiful, amazing place. Went to a wonderful pizza restaurant Mr Pizza and had fantastic service and food. After a great day we wanted a slice of cake as we waited for the train back to Rome. Went onto VyTA and wished we hadn 't bothered. The guy behind the counter was rudeness personified. Refusing to engage in polite customer server communication. He refused to serve us 4 times when we enquired about the cost of the cake and shooed us to the till saying 'Pay first ', how the hell are you supposed to pay for something you haven 't even chosen? Vile human who should work in a job far away from paying customers. Even his own colleague was forced to apologise for his behaviour. After all that, the cake wasn 't up to much either. Avoid this place, poor service and poor quality food.
Located in the basement of the station. I purchased a TooGoodToGo box and was extremely satisfied. Excellent quality food, both sweet and savory. Very friendly staff.
They serve sandwiches like paninis and other cafe items, and there's a standing area inside where I ate. The sandwich was average. It's probably difficult given the location, but I wish they served something warm... It comes out quickly, so it's good for waiting for a train. It's kind of like Beck's in Japan. A sandwich costs around €6-6.50. It's expensive, but it's Venice, so you kind of get used to it (lol).
