We ordered drinks with my friends and when I grabbed my drink it was slippery and it dropped and spilled all over the table (in front of the waiter). He did not... read more We ordered drinks with my friends and when I grabbed my drink it was slippery and it dropped and spilled all over the table (in front of the waiter). He did not offer to give us napkins or anything (we had to enjoy the wet table). The waiter made me paid for my empty drink!!! And when I asked for another one, he was like ‘oh, you want another one’. Well yes, I do, I don’t have a drink. I ended up having to pay for both of them while only being able to drink one. They have no service skills and really did not care about us at all. This might be because we are non-Italian speakers living in Florence. CONCLUSION: Very poor.

It's fun to sit in Santo Spirito square and have a drink. For 10 euros we got great snacks and 2 prosecco. Friendly, quick service.
