Called for late lunch. Shown menu and when we came to order were told we could only order a sandwich to which they added a 20% Maggiorazione (service charge) a total rip off. View all feedback.
We came here on a friend's recommendation for a light dinner and it was sooooo good! We weren't sure what to order there isn't a menu as such, just a blackboard of different meats and cheeses so we left it to our waiter. We ended up with a lovely Chianti and a good sized platter of three cheeses and three meats plus olives and bread €32 for both of us and we left full! . We've eaten a lot of meat and cheese in Italy but this was definitely the best. The cheeses were a pecorino, a blue similar to Gorgonzola, and a soft truffle cheese. The meats were a salami which was spicy like chorizo and two types of ham. We also had excellent service. It is definitely worth walking one block back from the piazza for this little gem the only downside is that it seems to close around 9pm.
Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. Fresh food, great baking and, oh, not forgetting the lovely wine. Sat outside and soaked up the atmosphere. Good for lunch, a snack or late night drink.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit for a few glasses and some cheeses. Lovely friendly little bar in an excellent spot.
We had lunch at this great little restaurant. Staff was friendly and food was great. The menu was entirely in Italian so I just picked something off the menu without knowing what it was. Turned out to be a fantastic chicken dish! Seems like a spot where locals go so if that's your thing I'd highly recommend.
