This restaurant is definitely one of the best restaurants you will find in Firenze. Amazing home cooked traditional food, which is all produced on an organic farm. Try the stew and the innards. Everything really good.
This restaurant had one of the best culinary experiences we had in Italy. A must try! They have a superb menu of farm-to-table Tuscan cuisine cooked just like our mothers made (their words). Everything you eat comes from one of their farms and the taste is evident! The staff is incrediblely friendly and helpful when it comes to navigating new dishes and parings. It is definitely not a tourist trap that offers the same old same old. Rather, you get the real Tuscan culinary experience. Highly recommended!
