It seem... read more The wine and food was good, but the service was awful. One server in particular was condescending and extremely unpleasant and it ruined the experience. It seems they 've just decided to live with it because when I mentioned it to the person front of house, he said, I know, I 'm so sorry. There are plenty of other great wine bars with a welcoming vibe and spectacular service, so I 'd say hard pass on this one.

Delicious, soft fresh finger rolls with secret recipe truffle filling -verging on the addictive. Can't comment on the service as we were looked after by tour guide. Would definitely return to taste some other treats, and just one more truffle sandwich.

W... read more This looked like an interesting place when we passed by and we promised ourselves we’d come back for a truffle finger sandwich and a glass of something fizzy. What a sad waste of time and anticipation. We were made to feel entirely unwelcome by the waiter, who was actively rude. He was evidently reluctant to allot us a space, and despite his excellent English required us to repeat our simple order more than once. He stared at us as though we were idiots when we asked him to talk us through his wine offer. It’s a shame long standing businesses like this go under every week because they can’t get staff to offer professional service.
